Universal Access
Access to goods, jobs, services and other opportunities is a fundamental condition for ensuring the well-being of citizens. Policy makers can improve accessibility through a vast range of transport-based measures from planning to investment. Our work explores how an accessibility-based approach to transport decision-making benefits society as a whole and can generate additional gains including better equity.
