Abstract: 

While Chilean ports appear to work quite well, land transport remains a sensitive point, particularly the congestion in the country's main port cities. They do not receive enough financial returns, particularly through tax revenues, from port activities. One of the 8 recommendations in the report refers explicitly to strengthening all aspects of port-city relations
