Ask the Author: “The Future of Passenger Mobility and Goods Transport in Estonia"

This 30-minute online presentation and question and answer session explores recent work for Estonia as part of ITF’s first-ever national transport review for a member country. The policy and modeling work which supports the development of a Transport and Mobility Master Plan 2021-30 for Estonia is presented. The review assessed ten key aspects of transport policy with recommendations for reform. The impact of selected proposed reforms were examined under different scenarios modelled for the study. Lead author and presenter, Dejan Makovsek, is Project Manager for Procurement and Private Investment Infrastructure at the International Transport Forum. Co-author and presenter, Malithi Fernando, is a Modeller and Analyst at the ITF.
