Key Transport Statistics 2025 (2024 data)
The International Transport Forum releases its Key Transport Statistics overview each year in May, based on data in the ITF's quarterly transport statistics database.
Key Transport Statistics offers preliminary data for more than a dozen selected indicators on three inland transport modes for ITF member countries. It also presents graphs and a short analysis of transport activity in the global economic context, highlighting the main changes over the previous year.
The 2025 edition provides an overview of freight transport in 2024, and data on road fatalities in ITF member countries.
