NEW ECMT Certificates

These Certificates were approved by Group on Road Transport on 30 September 2021. They enter into force as from 1 January 2022.

The Model of Safety Certificate for a Trailer of TPLW not exceeding 3.5 Tonnes

As from 1 January 2015, the ECMT Certificate of Roadworthiness Test for Motor Vehicles and Trailers (Annex 6 of the Guide) shall be used also for Lorries with TPLW above 3.5 and not exceeding 6 Tonnes.

The Model of ECMT Authorisation for International Removals was approved by the Group on Road Transport on 15 October 2019. It is valid as from this date.

 

ECMT Certificates 2014

The Model of Certificate of Compliance with Technical Provisions Concerning Exhaust and Noise Emissions and Safety Requirements for “EURO IV safe", "EURO V safe", "EEV safe" or "EURO VI safe" Motor Vehicle. (Annex 4 of the Guide 2014)

It is valid as from 1 December 2012.

It is valid as from 1 January 2014.

ECMT Certificates for Lorries with TPLW above 3.5 and not exceeding 6 Tonnes 2015

Model of Certificate of Compliance with Technical Provisions Concerning Exhaust and Noise Emissions and Safety Requirements for “EURO IV/4 Safe", "EURO V/5 Safe", "EEV Safe" or "EURO VI/6 Safe" Motor Vehicle (Lorry) of TPLW above 3.5 and not exceeding 6 Tonnes (including specific cases for lorries above 6 Tonnes)

This model was approved by the Group at its meeting on 25-26 September 2014. It is valid as from 1 January 2015.
