Quality Charter – Country Applications and Annexes

The following information presents for each country participating in the ECMT Multilateral Quota, and approved as compliant with  the requirements of the Quality Charter for Road Haulage Operations under the ECMT Multilateral Quota System, its formal applications (with related annexes), signed by the Member Minister/Senior national representative responsible for road transport in the country.

Each application contains the information on implementation of specific provisions of the Charter, extracts and links to national laws which correspond to the related requirements of the Charter.  Annexes, in addition provide full texts or extracts of the relevant laws/by-laws and translated into English in most cases.  

Considerable efforts made by the Member countries have been noted by the Ministers in their follow-up Statements, approving 41 Member countries as fully Charter compatible.

Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom.
