Motorways tolls

24.8765 RSD / 0.21 € per kilometre

Note: on the basis of Article 186 on fees for the use of public goods, a special fee is charged for the use of the state roads, its part and the road facility for all vehicles, and the amount of the fee is determined by this Law. The toll payer is the owner of a motor vehicle registered in the Republic of Serbia and the owner of a motor vehicle registered abroad. The basis for the toll is the length of the public road (highway) that the vehicle travels, expressed in kilometres. Tolls are collected at toll stations.

Dangerous goods charge

Issuance of a permit for the individual transport of explosive substances: 6070 RSD / 51.74 €

Issuance of a permit for multiple transport of explosive substances: 9800 RSD / 83.53 €

Decision on the request for the issuance of a permit for the transport of dangerous goods classifies in class 7 ADR/RID/AND (radioactive substances) valid for up to six months: 15370 RSD / 131.01 €

Issuance of a permit for the transport of waste: 20200 RSD /172.18 €

Foreign vehicles

Transit charge of over-stay fee

Heavy vehicles: 0.0027 € per gross tonne kilometre

Buses up to 23 seats: 0.0286 € per kilometre

Buses over 23 seats: 0.0366 € per kilometre

Note: on the basis of Article 186 of the Law on fees for the use of public goods, the fee for the use of the state road is charged for vehicles registered abroad and the amount of the fee is determined by this Law. The Customs Administration, based on the concluded contract with JP “Roads of Serbia”, carries out the collection of fees for the use of state roads for vehicles registered abroad at border crossings, in the name and for the account of JP “Roads of Serbia”.

Customs fee

Special permit issued by the customs office at the border crossing for bilateral cargo transport, based on the consent of the Ministry of Transport: 36690 RSD / 312.75 €

Special permit issued by the customs authority at the border crossing for the transit transport of cargo, based on the consent of the Ministry of Transport: 8640 RSD / 73.65 €

Excess weight charge

Transport by towing vehicle in bilateral transport: 3410 RSD / 29.07 €

Each subsequent towing vehicle under the same permit: 1730 RSD / 14.75 €

Transport by towing vehicle in transit transport: 5730 RSD / 48.84 €

Each subsequent towing vehicle under the same permit: 1730 RSD / 14.75 €

Phyto, veterinary and sanitary control fees

Performed control of shipments of food of plant origin, mixed food and animal feed of pant origin during import: 3660 RSD / 31.2 €

National vehicles

Annual tax of possession of vehicle

The maximum amount of the local communal tax for possession of motor road vehicles and trailers, except for agricultural vehicles and machines, is:

    - trucks over 12 t capacity: 6240 RSD / 53.19 €

    - trailers over 12 capacity: 2510 RSD / 21.39 €

Note: it is paid when registering the vehicle.

Registration fee

1140 RSD / 9.72 €

Trailers: 580 RSD / 4.94 €
